The debut album was highly acclaimed and sold phenomenally well.The follow-up sophomore album, "Sound & Color," was praised by major artists such as Paul McCartney, Adele, Bon Iver, and Alex Turner (Arctic Monkeys), and Pitchfork described it as "Curtis Mayfield, Erykah Badu, MC5, It debuted at No. 1 in the U.S. and was nominated for four Grammy Awards in 2016 (including Best Album of the Year). They have created an original style that uniquely evolved soul/blues/rock and left a brilliant mark on music history as one of the most famous albums of 2015. Now, this classic album of the century is being reissued in a superb reissue edition with a bonus disc. The 10th anniversary edition of the debut album "Boys & Girls" includes the original album and an additional bonus disc of studio sessions recorded for the "Morning Becomes Eclectic" program on KCRW radio station in the US.Recorded during Alabama Shakes' first visit to Los Angeles in January 2012, the set will be released with a bonus disc of 11 songs, including "Always The set will be released with an additional bonus disc of 11 songs, including "Alright" and "Mama," which were included on the soundtrack to the Academy Award-nominated film "One World Playbook" and nominated for a Grammy Award.
