Their previous release (SIGCD487) won Gramophone Magazine's Record of the Month Award. This album features On the Streets and in the Sky, commissioned for the Sacconi String Quartet's 20th anniversary and composed for the Corona Disaster.Other works include "Between Friends," in memory of adventurer and scientist Graham Mitchison, who was a friend of Dav's for more than 40 years; "Who Roots the Book of Love?" a collection of full-length songs composed for baritone Philip Sly and "Vanishing Gold," a work commemorating the 40th anniversary of the formation of the retired Endellion String Quartet. *Recorded February 10-12, 2023 (Tokyo M-Plus)
