The album was recorded in the summer of 2024 at Sugar Mountain Studios in Brooklyn, run by producer Philip Weinrobe (who has worked with Alanis Morisette, Adrianne Lenker, Buck Meek, Laura Veirs, and others). The recording took place at Sugar Mountain Studios in Brooklyn. Nuuria Graham (Catalan singer/songwriter/guitarist), Josh Crumbly (bassist), Mike Haldeman (master guitarist), Shahzad Ismail (multi-instrumentalist), Sam Evian (respected indie rock musician), Maia Friedman (ex-Dirty Projectors vocalist/folk musician), Mauro Refosco (Brazilian percussionist), and Vishal Nayak (drummer/multi-instrumentalist). Vishal Nayak (drummer/multi-instrumentalist), Sam Amidon (acclaimed folk musician), and many other fine musicians.
