Chris Farlow, known as Britain's white Otis Redding in his early years, is one of the UK's best vocalists and has left behind masterpieces with his one-of-a-kind soulful vocals, including Atomic Rooster, Colosseum, his own Thunderbirds and solo work. DISC 1 features songs from his 1985 masterpiece "Out Of The Blue" with the Thunderbirds and 1986's "Born Again", produced by Mike Vernon, a leading figure in the British blues world, and "Man Of The World" written by Peter Green. DISC2 contains a selection of songs from Farlow's solo albums, including a collaboration with his friend Van Morrison, a Farlow version of Small Faces' "All Or Nothing", and a Stax classic "Private Number". Elkie Brooks' duet on the Stax classic "Private Number" and other great performances.DISC 3 includes 15 powerful live performances with the Norman Baker Band, Thunderbirds, and Roy Herrington and the Rhythm.
