The cast continues from the first series with popular actors including Hiroki Torigoe, Hideya Tawada, Teruma, Shohei Hashimoto, and Keisuke Ueda. --The "Armed Detective Agency" is in charge of rough-and-tumble affairs that go beyond the jurisdiction of the military and police. The "Port Mafia," which has its stronghold in the harbor and controls the underworld. Yokohama is a city where people with unusual powers, who are not ordinary people, run around day and night. Then, a black ship from a great power, the "Guild," arrives. The Guild is a group of North American aliens who hold important positions in political, financial, and military cliques, but who are also urban legends for their secretive scheming. The irreverent and greedy leader of the Guild is named Francis F. He is also the mastermind behind the kidnapping of Nakajima Atsushi, a boy who turned into a white tiger, with a huge bounty on his head.They are plotting to acquire the "License to Practice Extraordinary Ability" issued in secret by the government, but what are they really seeking?
