The quintet, formed by talented jazz bassist Sam Wilkes and a group of trusted musicians, has released a CD of a gem of a live performance from their Japan tour in 2022! This is a CD & T-shirt set, limited to the first order production! The live sound recording of the 2022 Japan tour by popular LA-based bassist Sam Wilkes will be released on CD. Members of the band include Chris Fishman (Key.), who has played with Pat Metheny and Flying Lotus, Tom Gill (Gt., Key., Vo.), who participated in the KNOWER Japan tour, and Dylan Day (Gt.), who is well known for his collaboration with Wilkes, Craig Weinrib (dr.), who is well-known for his collaborations with Wilkes, joined the quintet for this ideal live performance. The delicate and beautiful sounds spun by each member intermingle exquisitely, and the fantastic sound world of Wilkes' unique musicality is vividly brought back to life through this album. The breathtaking performance created by the entire band, centered around Wilkes' outstanding bass work, along with the realistic sensation that only a live performance can bring, recreates the excitement of the moment when the audience was captivated by the music.
