[ONE STEP FESTIVAL 50th Anniversary]*This is a re-release of the out-of-stock 2018 FJSP358 "Creation + Yuya Uchida/1974 One Step Festival" with a new part number, price and jacket. from 1974, Koriyama One Step Festival Creation! and Yuya Uchida! Inspired by Woodstock, a young man in Koriyama, Fukushima, organized "One Step Festival" in Koriyama, Fukushima, in August 1974, which took four years to complete with his friends and was produced by Yuya Uchida and Keiichi Ishizaka. The festival was held in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture, in August 1974. A square for the young people! And big dreams! The festival was Japan's first rock event and the origin of the "One Step Festival," which featured 39 Japanese musicians from August 4 to 10, as well as Yoko Ono & Plastic Ono Super Band and Kris Kristofferson & Rita Coolidge from the U.S. The festival was held in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture, in August 1974. This CD is a combination of all Creation's performances on August 5 and three of the six songs performed by Yuya Uchida & 1815 Rock 'n' Roll Band on the final day, August 10. It is the best performance from the well-oiled period just before the recording of "CREATION," a masterpiece of Japanese rock music that has become a world standard.In addition to the twin lead guitars of Takeda and Iijima, which contrast exquisitely throughout the album, there is a jam number (M5) featuring Matsumoto's bass, and Higuchi's springy 4-minute drum solo (M7), which shows signs of the band's shift to a funkier style a few years later. The band's first album, "The Funky Way", was released in 1985.
