Description:

Cloudy Gahara, the leader of the progressive rock scene in Japan with unprecedented sales, is releasing a DVD featuring the final show of their spring tour this year, a compilation of powerful stage performances recorded in multi-mixing and pro-shot format. Cloudy Gahara, the first nationally distributed self-titled album "Cloudy Gahara" became a hit in December 2009, and on RSD Black Friday last November, they released a 12-minute suite of songs, "Whale", which is a dramatic and epic song. The dramatic and epic "Whale Song Cannot Be Heard" was released on a limited 7-inch analog vinyl on RSD Black Friday last November. The band toured Nagoya, Kyoto, and Osaka in March of this year with their latest EP, and released a DVD of their first solo performance as a band at Club Goodman in Akihabara on April 8, the final day of the tour! The band was featured several times on a radio program hosted by Masanori Ito just before the one-man show, attracting attention from hard rock and heavy metal fans, and some audience members were seen holding up melodic signs. The 90-minute multi-mixing pro-shot includes "Yukimushi", a sad and delicate folk tune featuring former member Enrique Regret Prince (g), who is currently active in Emily Like Tennis, and Maroshi Sano of labelmate Kobutsu (guest), "Whale Songs Can't Be Heard", one of the highlights of the show that brings 70's rock to life in the modern age, and "Kawazu Zakura", a super-heavy masterpiece that even hard rock listeners will be impressed with. The 90-minute multi-mixing pro-shot of "Kawazu Zakura," a song of extreme weight that will make even hard rock listeners groan, is the culmination of the present!
