This is a new project by Dr. Haruhisa Wago, a doctor of physical science who has become a hot topic in the music therapy series. He supervised the creation of a CD that relaxes the nerves and leads to a good night's sleep by listening to Mozart's music, which contains many high-frequency sounds around 4000 Hz (hertz), the frequency that the human ear is most sensitive to. To use the CDs as music therapy for health maintenance, listen to them for 30 minutes two to three times a day, and the parasympathetic nervous system will be switched on, and the sympathetic nervous system will become dominant and the fatigued body and mind will be rested. Listening to Mozart's music every day will promote sleep and help improve or prevent many diseases caused by sympathetic nervous system dominance.
