This is the third of six recordings of this piece, and it continues to reign as a masterpiece, highlighted by the gorgeous tone of the virtuoso Mikelucci. In addition, from Vivaldi's other masterpiece, "Fantasy of Harmony," this recording includes No. 6, a well-known violin exercise, and Nos. 8 and 10, which have been used several times as movie themes and so on.
