A trio featuring Atsuko Koga, a flutist very active in Europe! Includes Japanese commentary! Atsuko Koga, a flutist who has received high acclaim from major German media for her recordings, presents her ninth album for Genuin, a collection of works for flute, cello, and harp trio. With the music of Debussy, a leading figure in impressionist music, at its core, the album spins a tale of sound from impressionism to the present day, including works by Toru Takemitsu and Capre, as well as arrangements and original works by Fuminori Tanada, a composer and pianist living in France who is a professor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris. In addition to world-renowned cellist Georgy Romakov, with whom she has collaborated on past recordings, the internationally acclaimed harpist Marianne Le Mentec, who has performed with many orchestras including Orchestre de Paris, Orchestre National de France, Ensemble Intercontemporain and Les Siecle She has performed with many orchestras, including the Ensemble Intercontemporain and Les Siecle. The booklet includes a commentary in Japanese by Katsumi Koga. Atsuko Koga is a flutist born in Fukuoka City, Japan. After graduating from Toho Gakuen Music High School, she went on to graduate with unanimous first prize from the flute department of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, and then went on to postgraduate studies at the same conservatory.He later graduated from both the University of Music and Performing Arts in Cologne and Munich. During his studies, he won first prizes and prizes in numerous international competitions. He is currently a member of the Magdeburg Symphony Orchestra in Germany.
