The Echo Vocal Ensemble was born out of Genesis Sixteen, a young artist development program sponsored by British choral group The Sixteen. since its debut in 2017, the ensemble has performed at Queen Elizabeth Hall, been the Ryedale Festival's Resident Ensemble, and a live appearance on BBC Radio 3. This debut album, titled "Innocence = Purity," covers 900 years of musical history. Through a variety of music, sacred and secular, classical and popular, they sing about faith, tradition, childhood, and their relationship with the natural world. (Naxos Japan)
