In memory of CHOSEN FEW lead singer Bunny Brown, who passed away in March 2019, ROCKA SHACKA releases a tribute album, produced by Tony Robinson in 1975 for TR Groove Master in Jamaica and Trojan in the UK. The second album, a definitive soul and funky reggae album, was released under the title "Every Body Plays The Fool" in Jamaica and in the UK on TR Groove Master and Trojan. This is a definitive album of Island Soul, which despite its great content, was overshadowed by the Rasta movement and Roots Rock craze at the time due to the popularity of Bob Marley and other artists. The album includes the title track Betty Wright's "I Love The Way You Love", Kool & The Gang's "Funky Stuff" as "Reggae Stuff" (the single was released as the ganja funk "Collie Stuff"), the sweet soul known as hits by The Moments and Sylvia, "My Thing", Smokey Robinson, and the two-tone English beat hit "Tears Of The Clown". This is a highly recommended album not only for reggae fans but also for all black music fans.
