In November 1968, Stevie Wonder released his tenth studio album for Motown, and at only 18 years old at the time, he had already established himself as a solid hit maker on the label. This album marked the further development of his vocal and songwriting talents, as well as his first album as a producer. It also spawned four charting hits, including M-1 and M-2. In addition, this album was also his debut album using the Hohner clavinet, a masterpiece instrument that added a new resonance to his musicality.Bonus tracks include six songs from "Tamla Motown Festival Tokyo 68," a live performance at Shibuya Kokaido in the same year and a Japan-only release. Includes obi commentary.
