has hooked up with French newcomer Blind Drone, who is emerging with a large scale mixed sound that incorporates all elements of rock, techno, 80's and 2000's, with guest appearances from The KVB and Curses! Blind Dron is the next breakout act! Blind Dron was formed in 2016 and is based in Toulouse, Southern France, with Mathis Kolkoz on guitar/vocals and Coco Thiburs on bass. Following "Discipline" and "Chimeres," its third album, "La Metamorphose," is now complete. The opening track, "Le Crepuscule," is a heavy post-metal track that immediately breaks new ground. La Violence," featuring Rome-based electro singer Fivequestionmarks, is somewhat reminiscent of Cup Bambino. La Mort" features Curses!(Drop The Lime), who is well known for his releases on TigerBeat6, Mad Decent, and Institubes, "L'Homme" features label boss Maenad Veyl, and "L'Affront" features Jeff Barlow's "L'Affront". ＜(Drop The Lime), label boss Maenad Veyl on "L'Homme," and Jeff Barlow's The KVB on "L'Affront.The band's unique mix of influences, from old-school post-punk, coldwave, metal, body music, 2000s French electro, and John Carpenter-esque soundtrack mannerisms, has flourished in a wide variety of styles. This is a release from VEYL, an important label in the current industrial scene, which continues to make great strides, even taking in heavyweight Arnaud Lebotini (Black Strobe).
