Dina Abdelwahed is an electronic producer from Tunisia, North Africa, currently based in Toulouse, Southern France. She is also a member of Arabstazy, a production team that connects the Arab and European club scenes. In his native Tunisia, he straddles the boundaries between club music, jazz, and rock, and has long been anticipated to make his international breakthrough, and in 2017 he made his European debut with the release of the EP "Klabb". He has shared the stage with Acid Arab and Joy Orbison, and has quickly emerged as a force to be reckoned with among techno heads with his unique desert electro that mixes Tunisia's unique tribal essence with a gritty industrial sound.The New York Times featured her performance at Sonar 2017 in Barcelona as one of Sonar's best performances of the year, along with Bjork, Soulwax, and Arca. Since then, Deena has also produced Fever Ray's new album "Plunge," and although she is still a complete newcomer, she has already attracted extensive attention beyond the dance floor in the European music scene. Khonnar" is her long-awaited debut album! Khonnar is a fusion of local rhythms and exotic moods with cutting-edge electronic sounds.
