Amapiano" is an up-and-coming 20-year-old sound producer who has further evolved the electric music "Amapiano" with the addition of sampling, etc., which has produced one hit after another. Amapiano" is now so popular that it has taken over the mainstream. This is South Africa's first electric music, influenced by genres as diverse as jazz, kwaito, divacardi, deep, and Afro house. Rather than pandering to this trend, here is a 20-year-old up-and-comer who wants to push the boundaries of this music. The producer uses improvisational yet structured electronic percussion and distortion sounds to guide the direction of his unique tracks. The vocalists on each track also speak various South African languages. Amapiano" is beautifully deconstructed by him. The CD version contains 5 more tracks.
