The second album by Canadian band Harlem Scarem, which debuted in the early 90s and remains one of the most popular melodic hard rock bands in Japan, will be reissued in an anniversary edition to celebrate its 30th anniversary this year. This album, which includes many of their best-known songs such as "Saviors Never Cry," "No Justice," and "Changes Come Around," was their debut in Japan, and as soon as it was released, it was an instant hit, sparked by the popularity of specialty magazines. It is a representative work of the group, which was featured as a promising new star and has gained absolute status and popularity in Japan. This Anniversary Edition was originally released as part of the band's 30th anniversary bundle set, but after numerous requests from fans and negotiations with the band, it was decided to release it as a special stand-alone product. The album also includes a bonus track exclusive to the Japanese edition.
