The 2001 release from Sweden's Crimsonic—the renowned band led by legendary keyboardist Pär Lindh, nicknamed "Sweden's Keith Emerson," formed in the early '90s and a driving force in the Nordic symphonic rock scene alongside The Flower Kings—is now available! Following the departure of Jocke Ramsell (g) and Marcus Jäderholm (b) (both only participated on 'The Premonition'), this new lineup's first release was produced with Jonas Reingold (b) on support, released after a four-year interval. While maintaining the dramatic symphonic rock style consistent since their debut, featuring guest wind players and arrangements reflecting classical influences, this album marks a departure from previous works. It consciously approaches the key trio format that influenced them, reminiscent of THE NICE, ELP, and others. The content weaves together numerous large-scale pieces and smaller works, including the title track.While preserving its previous charm and distinctive qualities, this masterpiece showcases a refined band ensemble centered around its own key sound and a rich variety of flavors that will be carried forward in future works!!
