FLO’s second album, *THERAPYATTHECLUB*, reinterprets the club not merely as a venue for nightlife, but as a place for confession, liberation, and self-rediscovery—tracking the emotional arc from the excitement before a night out to the morning after. Built on a foundation of dark, uplifting R&B/pop and interwoven with diary-like, candid storytelling, the album captures desire, heartbreak, self-confidence, and healing in real time. The album was produced in collaboration with Amy Allen (Olivia Dean), Steph Jones (Sabrina Carpenter, JADE), Julian Buonetta (Teddy Swims, Gracie Abrams), and Boy Matthews (TWICE, Zayn), with contributions from longtime collaborators Skippz, Oak Felder, and Seven Street. Furthermore, the three members of FLO were deeply involved in the songwriting and production, resulting in a work that powerfully showcases FLO’s artistic identity.
