SAFE JOURNEY HOME" is full of heartwarming and comforting pop-rock songs that show his maturity as an artist, as he is steadily building a career not only as a band member but also as a songwriter. James Bourne is a member of Busted and Son of Dork. As a songwriter, James Bourne has been steadily building his career not only with Busted, but also with Jonas Brothers, The Vamps, 5 Seconds of Summer, McBusted, Melanie C, and others, as well as writing music for musicals. He will be releasing his first solo album. He has released EPs under the name Future Boy, but this is his first album under the name "James Bourne. James says that he has wanted to release a solo album for years, and in fact, he has been writing songs for it. The songs ended up on McBusted's 2014 album, but for this album, "SAFE JOURNEY HOME," James co-wrote 10 songs with longtime friend and producer John Fields (Jimmy Eat World, Selena Gomez, etc.). and co-wrote 10 songs with him.They also co-wrote three songs with veteran hitmaker Stephen Bishop, a senior member of the group. James and John Fields then recorded the album in one week at Creation Studios in Minneapolis, MN, USA. (1/2)
