For more than half a century, the band has been a strong presence in British music history with their unique musical worldview that combines progressive rock with elements of folk and British trad, and this album, "The Untold Story of War Child," which was born out of the recording sessions for their 1974 album "War Child," is now available as a single analog LP. The band released a new album "ROK FLOTE" in April this year, and has announced a tour of Europe this summer. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of their original album, the band has been releasing new remix versions by Steven Wilson, and now they have a new addition to the series: Jethro Tull's 1974 album "War Child," which was released in 2014. The 40th anniversary edition of the album "War Child" was released in 2014. The album's unrecorded material will be reissued as a single analog LP entitled "WARCHILD II". All of the recordings were made during the "War Child" recording sessions that took place between 1973 and 1974, and Ian Anderson himself decided the order of the songs for the analog reissue.These songs are featured on the 2014 War Child (40th Anniversary Theatre Edition), the 2-CD deluxe edition of 1993's NIGHTCAP, THE BEST OF JETHRO TULL Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 released in 1976 and 1977, and the RING OUT, SOLSTICE BELLS EP released in 1976. This is the first time that these songs have been released together on a single analog LP. War Child," released in 1974, reached No. 2 in the U.S. and No. 15 in the U.K., and is said to be an easy listening album with a pop side. In fact, the album spawned radio hits such as "Bungle In The Jungle. WARCHILD II" is a collection of "untold stories of War Child" from the recording sessions for the album. The album will be released as an analog LP with a new remix by Steven Wilson.
