New Dad, a promising new indie rock band from Ireland, will release a commemorative CD of their debut album "Muddler" to celebrate their visit to Japan in October 2024. New Dad is a four-piece indie rock band from Galway, Ireland. Their most attractive point is their dark and melodious guitar sound, which is influenced by Pixies, The Cure, Slowdive, and shoegaze bands of the 90's, and the lyrics of frontman Julie, which depict their sensitive feelings.After attracting the attention of the world's earliest indie rock listeners with their self-produced "WAVES" EP in 2021 and "BANSHEE" EP the following year, they are finally releasing a full-length album! Produced by the band's longtime collaborator Chris Ryan, the album was mixed by Alan Moulder, who has produced many masterpieces of the grunge sound since the 1990s.
