After 7 years of silence, PURA MANIA has made a surprising comeback! The band members have now relocated to Vancouver, Canada and Mexico City, Mexico. But despite the distance and borders, their signature upbeat, anthemic punk has not diminished, but rather shined brighter! Their three new high-standard songs are influenced by classic Spanish punk of the 80's, Oi! The album also includes a Spanish-language version of a cover song by LA synth-punk legends The Screamers, which is so perfectly suited to the band that they almost claim it as their own. Backed by members of Spectres, one of Canada's leading post-punk bands, Vaca's vocals are melodious and passionate. DIY PUNK DIY PUNK" and "INTERNATIONAL PUNK SOLIDARITY". With these two slogans, this record was co-released by labels in three different countries and screen printed in Mexico City.
