This concept album focuses on the theme of the "gap" that lies between people in terms of culture, politics, generation, and world affairs. As in the past, it features Peter Jones (vo) of TIGER MOTH TALES/CAMEL, Iain Hornal (vo) of 10CC, Sertari (vo) of KARNATAKA, and Luke Machin (g) of THE TANGENT/CYAN/ILLUMINAE, The album was produced with support from Michel St-Pere (g) of the Canadian hard symphonic band MYSTERY, Jon Poole (b) of LIFESIGNS/former CARDIACS, and many other musicians.Inspired by the style of Art Nouveau, an art movement that was popular in Eurpean countries from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century, which aimed for new and free expression while incorporating different cultures, this powerful symphonic rock album uses a compositional technique that mixes the fragility and strength of the natural world to create dynamism from conflicting elements.
