Description:

 Cornelia Hermann, who was the youngest winner of the Bach International Competition and the highest prize winner, and whose recordings of French Suites and French Overtures have been well received, now focuses on Bach's "Italian" works. The album includes the famous "Italian Concerto," "Aria and Variations in Italian Style," and Bach's arrangements of works by Vivaldi and other Italian composers. The recording was made in Umbertide, Italy, using the famous Fazioli instrument. <In 1996, she won the highest prize at the J.S. Bach International Competition in Leipzig, Germany, at the youngest age of 19. She also won a special prize at the Mozart International Competition in Salzburg in 1999. He has performed with the Bochum Symphony Orchestra, Central German Radio Chamber Philharmonic, Israel Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Salzburg, Salzburg Mozarteum Orchestra, Linz Bruckner Orchestra, Vienna Chamber Orchestra, and in Japan with NHK Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, New Japan In Japan, he has performed with NHK Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, Kyushu Symphony Orchestra, Century Orchestra Osaka, Yamagata Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, and others. He has performed under the baton of G. Bosse, M. Honeck, U. Mundt, R. Norrington, Y. Sudern, C. Arminck, N. Mariner, J. Judd, and others. He has performed solo, chamber music, and with orchestras in Austria and around the world, and has made numerous radio recordings (ORF, NDR, MDR). In addition to his solo activities, he has performed chamber music with members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and concerts with Christoph Genz (tenor), and is attracting attention as a young pianist of hope. In July 2012, he was invited to the annual PMF in Sapporo, Japan, where he performed "Petrushka" with the orchestra conducted by Fabio Luisi, as well as recitals and chamber music performances to great acclaim. in Lake Hutzel, Salzburg.
