Snake Chicken Soup, bongjeingan, and Wah Wah Wah, three bands representing the Korean loud music scene, will release their original 7-inch records. This is the ninth release in the "K-Indies Series B333," an analog project by Tokyo-based Asian music label Bside to introduce talented Korean artists. Snake Chicken Soup has selected "more&more&more", the title track of their debut EP "Soyang" released in 2023, and the track "SMASH". Since their formation, they have performed at Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival, Busan International Rock Festival, DMZ Peastrain Music Festival, and other major music festivals in Korea one after another, and their representative songs are included in this album as an up-and-coming live band. Snake Chicken Soup is a three-piece band consisting of Choi Won-bin (vocalist), Frants (bassist), and DR (drummer).Their most significant feature is that they do not have a guitarist, but a bassist who creates their own guitar sound, pursuing grunge, punk, hardcore, and heavy metal, which is typical of the powerful rock sound of the 90s. Each member of the band also has a flashy background, but vocalist Choi Won-bin is the frontman from the band Wetter, and bassist Frants is from the bands Ghetto Bombs and Telepathy He is currently the main producer of the K-pop label HYBE/BIGHIT. DR, the drummer, is also a member of "IDIOTAPE," one of the leading electronic bands in Korea. They pursue new sounds while respecting the traditions of the genre, and were invited to headline the stage at the Asian music showcase "BiKN shibuya" in November this year, where they captivated Japanese listeners with their overwhelming performance.
