Born in Buenos Aires in 1978, Andrés Baeusaert is the leader of the Aca Seca Trio, one of the most popular groups in the modern folklore scene in Argentina, and has produced three albums to date. The first album, "Aca Seca Trio," received praise from Spinetta, Pedro Aznar, and Egberto Gismonti, and was released in the United States. The following albums, "Avenido" and "Ventanas," won a Konex Award and were nominated for a Clarin Award, and an edited version of the three albums was also released in Italy. In 2010, he began to attract more attention from the jazz scene with his project "Dos Rios," which led to appearances at national and international jazz festivals, and in 2011 he completed "Aqui" (Brazil/Japan), a duo album with Brazilian singer Tatiana Paja, which was released here and in Japan.
