The clavichord is a delicate keyboard instrument that can be said to have the lowest volume of all European instruments. The clavichord is a delicate keyboard instrument, the smallest in volume among European instruments, and one might think that its timbre would seem to fade away. For the works by C.P.E. Bach in his youth ((3) "Anna Magdalena Bach's Music Book"), Mr. Ueo used a shared-string instrument with a small number of strings for each keyboard, and for the other works, he used a proprietary string instrument with two pairs of strings, called courses, for each keyboard. The instrument has a wide range of expressions, with some moments of powerful expression reminiscent of a fortepiano, and others of gentle lute-like tones. The pieces themselves vary from those with familiar melodies to those with intense harmonic changes.C.P.E. Bach made a name for himself both as a composer and as a theorist, including the publication of "An Essay on Proper Keyboard Technique" (a book that also influenced Czerny and Beethoven).
