Produced by Matthew Halsall, founder of Gondwana Records! The long-awaited debut album "Horizon" is now available! Jasmine Myra is a saxophonist/flutist/composer based in the northern English city of Leeds. Her first album was produced by Gondwana Records founder Matthew Halsall, who fell in love with her talent and was influenced by Kenny Wheeler, Bonobo, Auravul Arnalds, and Moses Sumney! After being deprived of her musical connections with shows, bands, and friends during the Corona Lockdown, and not being able to visit or express her love after the death of her beloved grandmother, she decided to start writing music that would make people feel happy and uplifted as an artist, and to create her own music that would connect with her audience and create a positive experience for them. She realized that it is a joy to start writing music that makes people feel happy and uplifted and to see audiences connect with her music and have a positive experience. Mixed by Greg Freeman, who also created the music for Hanya Lani, it is soulful, emotional, and uplifting!
