Two years after their last album, which was nominated for a Grammy Award, the post-punk band Idols from Bristol, England, has completed a new album. Their fifth album, "TANGK," is released, dedicating their love to the world. Bristol, England's IDLES will release their fifth album, "TANGK. The 11-track album, which follows the Grammy-nominated "CRAWLER," is a collection of songs by Nigel Godrich (Radiohead, The Smile, Beck), band members Mark Bowen and Kenny Beats (Denzel Curry, Vince TANGK, pronounced "tank" with an added "g," onomatopoeically on the fiery sound of guitars imagined by a band that has grown into a kind of emblem for living in love. idles has been one of the most powerful bands in rock for the last decade, and their new album, "TANGK," is a perfect example of that. The band has been one of the most powerful in rock for the past decade. With TANGK, Godrich, Beats, and Bowen have combined brilliantly to push IDLES to new frontiers and to pull back the reins when necessary.The result is an album that is both expansive and focused, imaginative yet immediate.
