A sad "Song of an Actor Dog" based on a true story. [A heart-wrenching message song born from a collaboration that transcends generations! The lyrics of "Yakusha Inu no Uta" were written by Ryusei Samejima, a lyricist who has written many songs (winner of the 55th Japan Poetry Composition Award [Keisuke Teramoto's "Orizuru Yakkyoku: Orizuru Yakkyoku" and others]). Mr. Samejima wrote the lyrics based on a sad true story about a stray dog that wandered into a movie studio and became an "actor dog," but was later abandoned again. He conveyed this idea to his old friend, music producer Daisuki Nagato, who composed the music himself. In order to deliver this important message to a wide range of people, he asked the members of SARD UNDERGROUND, his own ZARD tribute band that connects the Showa and Heisei generations in 2025, to join the project. The girls, animal lovers who have owned dogs since childhood, were moved by the message contained in "Yakusha Inu no Uta," and this unique cross-generational collaboration was realized.The lyrics vividly describe scenes, nostalgic POP melodies, and Yua Jinno's clear vocals weave a sad "Yakusha Inu" story. The release date is the first day of Animal Protection Week (September 20-26). M2 includes a live version of a cover of a classic ZARD song. First Limited Edition A includes "Yurui Koi [tribute 2023]", First Limited Edition B includes "My Friend", and Normal Edition includes the LIVE version of "Don't Lose"! The excitement of the venue will also be included!
