Chochieva performs the superb "Beautiful Blue Danube"! Moscow-born Zlata Chochieva's new album is a two-disc set about "nature. The program begins with Schumann's "Forest Scene" and ends with Bartók's "Night Music" from "In the Open Air. The various adventures and experiences in nature after going out to the forest are all lined up with superbly crafted pieces, but the most noteworthy among them is Averell's "Arabesque on the Blue Danube," which is famous for its difficulty. The most notable among them is Averell's "Arabesque on the Blue Danube," which is notoriously difficult to play. The performance is full of joyful atmosphere, and even gives the audience a sense of composure, while also being very pretty. Zlata Chochieva was born in Moscow in 1985 and studied with Pletnyov at the age of 14, Nercessyan at the Moscow Conservatory in 2008, and Jacques Louvier at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg in 2012. He is currently teaching at the Mozarteum. King International
