The film marks Bruce Springsteen's directorial debut. Western Stars-Songs from the Film" will be released as the soundtrack to the film at short notice. The soundtrack will include live performances of all the songs from Springsteen's latest studio album, "Western Stars," as well as a cover of "Rhinestone Cowboy" as a tribute to Glen Campbell. The depth of sound backed by a band of over 30 musicians, the powerful live performance, and a duet with Patti Scalfa on the last two songs of the album, all add to the charm of the album, making it a completely different experience from the studio version.Western Stars-Songs from the Film was produced by Springsteen and Ron Aniello for the soundtrack, with audio remixed by Bob Clearmountain and mastered by Bob Ludwick.
