Tamara Stefanovic's contemporary jazz project! 21st release on the luxury Berlin label bastille musique! Tamara Stefanovic's contemporary music in collaboration with a jazz trio! Tamara Stefanovic collaborates with a jazz trio (vibraphone, bass and drums) on her 21st album for the luxury Berlin label "bastille musique", a collection of avant-garde jazz and contemporary music. contemporary music. The album name "SDLW" is a combination of the initials of the trio's members, each of whom is a composer and performer (each named after a place in Serbia, France, Denmark, Germany, etc.), and was recorded in high quality at Teldex Studios in Berlin.A 48-page booklet (English & German) with essays by Gregor Dotzauer and Leonie Reineke, interviews with the band members, and photos (domestic editions include a separate booklet with Japanese translation), as well as a printed leaflet with photos of the composer=performers and recording sessions. In addition, a leaflet printed with photos of the composer-performer and the recording is included. Pianist Tamara Stefanovic, known for her work with her teacher Pierre-Laurent Emard, is passionate about a wide range of repertoire from Bach to contemporary, and has performed with the world's leading conductors, orchestras, and chamber musicians, and in 2019 will perform with Jonathan Nott and the Tokyo Symphony In 2019, she will perform Ligeti's Piano Concerto with the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jonathan Nott. The contemporary jazz project in collaboration with jazz musicians Christopher Dell, Jonas Vestager and Christian Rilinger will premiere successfully at the Cologne Philharmonic in 2020, followed by performances in Berlin, Hamburg, Klangspuren Schwaz, among others, breaking new ground.
