Recorded live by the Tonkünstler Orchestra led by Yutaka Sado on their European tour in March 2019. The performance makes the most of the wonderful acoustics of the Erbphilharmonie in Hamburg to the utmost limit. Only Mahler's symphonies have already been released on Blu-ray video and CD album and have been the talk of the town for their passionate performances, but this DVD is the complete version, including Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1, which was performed in the first half. The Korean pianist Soh Ryang plays the piano with great skill here. After winning a special prize at the International Brahms Competition in Hamburg, he studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
