Wylerstein joins us! Guy Braunstein, former first concertmaster of the Berlin Philharmonic and now a soloist, and his friends present a chamber music album featuring works by Beethoven, Wolf, Kreisler, and Dvořák! The members of the ensemble are the promising flutist Gili Schwarzman, Alisa Weilerstein on cello, Amihai Gross on viola, Susanna Yoko Henkel on violin, and Guy Braunstein. All of the arrangements were made by Braunstein and are arranged as flute quartets or quintets. The works included are Beethoven's Violin Sonata No. 4, Wolff's Italianate Serenade, Kreisler's Syncopation, and Dvořák's String Quartet No. 12, "America. Schwarzman is a young flutist who is currently active in Europe, performing as a soloist with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, Israel Chamber Orchestra, Valencia Symphony Orchestra, and Potsdam Chamber Orchestra.He is active not only as a soloist but also as a chamber musician, and his performance on this recording is backed by his high level of technique.
