Gabriel Latchin is a graduate of London's prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, from which many world-class actors and pianists have graduated, and has worked as a sideman with Ronnie Cuber, Jean Toussaint, Alex Garnett, and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. He is a thoroughbred who is sure to make a name for himself on the jazz scene in the future, having studied with such renowned pianists as Aaron Goldberg, Peter Martin, and David Berkman. Grammy Award winner Christian McBride said, "This is a wonderful performance.The ability is so well endorsed that he commented, "I think it's honestly exceptional among the newcomers! It is honestly exceptional among the newcomers! The artist himself has included 9 of the 11 tracks on the CD strictly for the LP version.
