The album features 12 tracks centered on the theme of looking back at the past without being trapped by it, and embracing the “now” to live fully. It is an introspective yet hopeful work that depicts the process of transforming “what ifs” into acceptance. Centered on the oscillation between "restlessness" and "contentment" that has persisted from his childhood to the present, Seinfeld carefully explores the contours of his emotions while confronting his own anxieties and conflicts.
