The 30th in the "60's Garage Disc Guide" reissue series, presented by All Days Records under the direction of Jimmy Masuko, Lord Thatch established horror rock 'n' roll with some of the most talented musicians in the U.K. This is the definitive album! Screaming Lord Thatch established horror rock 'n' roll with his phony, horror-esque live performances as a Borneo beast with an axe, Jack the Ripper wielding a medical bag and a knife, a vampire appearing from a coffin, etc. In the 1960s, he was treated as a total phony and never appeared on the hit charts. In the 1960s, Screaming Lord Thatch was a complete outsider and did not appear on the hit charts, but he appeared frequently on TV. He also began pirate broadcasting, and his political activities as the leader of his own party were always a topic of conversation, serious or joking. He positioned himself more as a comedian than a musician, placing emphasis on stage performance. He attacked a girl in the audience and made her yell and scream, and even amidst the changing rock and roll scene, he kept his rock and roll attitude. Satch's band, The Savages, featured Ritchie Blackmore, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Nicky Opkins, and many others, all of whom were British beat talent led by Carlo Little.They are all showmen who play well while being strangled on stage by Thatch.
