The long-awaited 4th album by US electronic project Meishi Smile is now available! An emotional dream-pop masterpiece of roar and silence produced with a band!The new 4th album "Limerence" was announced at the time of the release of the 10th anniversary edition of the first album "LUST", which was once spoiled by the Corona disaster. The first version of the prototype for this album was completed in 2019, but due to COVID-19, Faye discarded the album and released the frustrating industrial metal piece "Ressentiment". After this process, the band shifted to its current composition with bassist Jason and drummer Zachary, and completed a completely new version of "Limerence," which was in the works.A2 "White Cloud" is an intoxicating yet raw meditative electronica-pop mixing nuances of shoegaze, Japanese pop, 90's alternative rock, and 2010's indie; A3 "Strawberry Wrist" is a fast-moving indie rock song with twin vocals by a man and a woman; A4 "Love Will Ruin Us" is an emotional mix of Meishi Smile's intense hardcore and 80's new wave; and A5 "The Loneliness of Capitalism" is a lonesome, yet meditative, electronica pop song. Strawberry Wrist", the emotional A4 "Love Will Ruin Us", a mix of Meishi Smile's hardcore and 80's new wave, and the chill-out electronica B3 "Limerence", about loneliness against capitalism, B4 "Dragonfly", the most moving number in Meishi Smile's history, is also included. The band's powerful composition adds to Meishi Smile's signature electronic sound, creating a masterpiece in the history of artists with a combination of roar and silence.
