The legendary British progressive rock band, Anderson, has been active for a long time, releasing a series of innovative concept albums in addition to their unique musicality and theatrical performances that incorporate various elements such as jazz, blues, traditional folk, and classical music, while continuing to change with the times. Formed in 1967 by the one-legged, flute-playing Anderson, the band debuted in 1968 with the album "Sunday Impressions," and their second album, "Stand Up," was released in 1969 and reached #1 in the UK. Gerald's Spotless World" (1972) and "Passion Play" (1973) became #1 hits in the U.S., and the band gained worldwide popularity. In 2014, Ian Anderson announced an indefinite hiatus, but the band resumed in 2017. 2022 saw the release of their first studio album in almost 18 years, which was a huge hit, reaching #9 in the UK charts. It showed that the band was still going strong. This new album comes just one year and three months after the last one.Like its predecessor, this work features Anderson's flute and is sure to please fans of yesteryear.
