This is the debut album by New Horizon, a new unit featuring two current/former H.E.A.T. members, Jonah Tee (Key) of H.E.A.T. and Eric Gronwall, the second vocalist of H.E.A.T. H.E.A.T. is leading the scene as the standard-bearer for a new generation of melodic rock, but New Horizon has a more metal-oriented sound. This is a project that Jonah had been developing as an idea for some time, and Eric Gronwall, formerly of H.E.A.T., was chosen as the vocalist for the project. Eric is a singer who also has roots in heavy metal, as he sang an Iron Maiden song on the Swedish audition show "Idol," which led to his breakthrough. According to the description, "I grew up listening to bands like Iron Maiden, Halloween, Hammerfall, Manowar, and Edgai, which are still my favorite bands, and I dreamed of one day creating these power metal anthems," and Yona, who created many great songs with H.E.A.T. The band is backed by Sam and the band members. Backing the band are Sam Totman (G / Dragonforce), Love Magnuson (G / Dynasty), Dave Dallon (G / H.E.A.T), and others.Eric regrettably left H.E.A.T. after 2020's H.E.A.T. II, but the fact that they will be re-teaming as early as this New Horizon is also a major talking point. The single "We Unite" has already been released at the end of November. Fan response has been positive and expectations for the album are high.
