The legendary producer Arthur Baker, who skillfully used the TR-808 rhythm machine (a.k.a. Yaoya) to develop the electro sound of New York in the 1980s, established the prestigious Streetwise in 1982, and has now reissued their masterpiece album! The Stylistics, a soul group that released numerous Philly soul masterpieces in the early 70's, made a stunning comeback in the 80's with this masterpiece. The Stylistics released a number of Philly Soul classics in the early 70's. The Stylistics made a stunning comeback in the 80's. Maurice Starr and Arthur Baker made the most of their voices while blending them with the sounds of the era. New Japanese commentary included.
