Miłosz Sloczynski is a Polish pianist currently based in Zurich, Switzerland. He studied with Cedric Pescha in Hanover and Geneva, and with Konstantin Sicherbakov and Christoph Berner in Zurich. He studied at the Royal College of Music under the renowned teacher Norma Fischer.His highly acclaimed performance of the "Goltberg Variations" at the Davos Festival in 2024 made this work a central part of his performing repertoire. This work, which is said to have been written to cure insomnia, resonates strongly with today's society, which demands constant alertness and productivity. The light, exquisite touch and the seamless flow of the music create a transparent sound, and each variation breathes naturally without being rushed. A deep sense of concentration and meditative stillness emerges from the music.
