With this album, their name rises to even greater heights...! Dance Gavin Dance is a five-piece post-hardcore/screamo band from Sacramento, California. Despite going through several member changes, they have consistently pursued a sound that mixes elements of screamo, funk, and experimental music with melodies that tug at the heartstrings and clear, high-tone clean vocals, creating a chaotic yet transparent sound, and a whirlwind of passion that is somehow soothing.
