A stunning singing French mezzo-soprano Marianne Crevassa, who explores Crevassa's roots in France and Spain and shows a variety of expressions, made her debut at Opera de Montpellier in 2008 and made her debut at the Salzburg Festival in 2012, where she attracted international attention. In recent years, she has made a unique presence in Mozart's operas "Cosi fan tutte" and "The Marriage of Figaro. This album explores her roots in France and Spain, and the songs chosen for the album are not only operatic arias but also songs of many different genres. The album begins with three representative arias from Bizet's "Carmen" that accentuate the album as a whole. From the opening "Habanera," she creates a vivid world with her impressive voice, reminiscent of a crimson rose blooming in the dark night, with a dripping sound and expressive power. She showed a different side of herself one after the other, singing with great bewitching power in the Falla, and with a light touch in the oriental melody of the Massenet. In the piano accompaniment of "Greedy," she reveals her intense emotions, and in "Massenet," she sings with suppleness accompanied by the guitar.Bizet's "Seguidilla" further captivated the audience's ears, and the latter half of the piece also shows a delicate expression. The five-part version of Montpauw's "La vie du vie du mouvement" has become increasingly popular in recent years. The introspective singing here is completely different from that of Carmen, and is beautiful and full of transparency. And in Offenbach, we also see a comedienne side to her.
