Train, a three-time Grammy winner and national rock band that has performed at the Salt Lake City Olympics, has released a new full-length cover album! For the first covers album of their career, Train chose to cover Led Zeppelin's second album in its entirety! The band has previously provided a cover of "Rumble On" for the soundtrack to the movie "ROCK ON!" starring Heath Ledger, and have incorporated Led Zeppelin songs into their live sets, but the idea for "Does Led Zeppelin II" was born at a music cruise in February 2016. The idea for "Does Led Zeppelin II" was born at the "SAIL ACROSS THE SUN CRUISE" music cruise event held in February 2016. We love Led Zeppelin and they have been a huge influence on us musically," said the band.Then I thought, why not make a covers album for the pure enjoyment of the fans," says frontman Pat Monahan. He continues, "The hardest thing was to figure out which album to do. The hardest part was deciding which album to make." Train's "Does LED ZEPPELIN II" is filled with the respect and love they want to share with their fans. All of the band's proceeds from album sales will be donated to the Family House of San Francisco, a non-profit facility they have long supported that helps families with children affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
