Robert Schumann's Piano Trio Vol. 2!■The Benvenue Fortepiano Trio is led by Monica Haggett, a British virtuoso who has made her presence felt as a pioneer of baroque violin, leading the Irish Baroque Orchestra and the Portland Baroque Orchestra. Schumann's second collection, in which the famous 1841 Viennese instrument played by American fortepiano specialist Eric Givian plays an important role! The ensemble of period instrument masters in "Piano Trio No. 2" and "Piano Quartet" as well as the sound of the instrument at the time of Schumann's lifetime in "Children's Scene" are very much enjoyed.
