Centered around Ronald Nygard (g), with whom he has been making music since 1978, and Hans Olav “Hasse” Horrigmoe (b), who has also been actively involved with the Oresund Space Collective in recent years, the blues-rock band SENTRALVASKERIET was formed around 1980. After changing their name to TANGLEEDGE in the summer of ’82, they used their intensely trippy, improvised performances—which blended a diverse range of musical styles, from progressive rock to Krautrock, post-punk, free jazz, and folk music, all rooted in psychedelia—as their signature sound, This Norwegian psychedelic rock band, which has been active in the underground scene for many years, saw its compilation album RADIOSTROGANOFF1986—a collection of studio recordings made for radio broadcasts in the mid-1980s—released on CD for the first time in ’26 by Norske Albumklassikere in Norway! In addition to “Long Time Since I Saw an Egg” (recorded in ’85) and the five-part suite “Kama Sutra #11” (recorded in early ’86)—both originally included on the cassette—this reissue features the previously unreleased track “ Karma Or Some Dharma For Your Pharma," recorded around the same time as "KamaSutra #11," as well as the previously unreleased 1986 studio recording of "Inside The Pagoda," a track for which a live take was also included on 『LIVE IN THE PRESENCE OF A PHRODITE』. The master used a new 2025 remaster by Horrigmoe himself.
